Cache Valley Vein’s billing office, United Medical Solutions, Inc., will bill your health plan as long as we have received complete and accurate information regarding your insurance policy. Cache Valley Vein accepts cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. If you are unable to pay in full, payment plans are available. Please contact our billing office to set up payment arrangements.
